This course builds upon the information learned in the Canine Pet Care Provider curriculum. This course expands the students knowledge of intake policies and records, medical emergencies and first aid, geriatric and special needs pets, group play behavior, commonly seen medical problems, medications, nutrition and client relations. With successful completion of this course the student will receive their Canine Pet Care Specialist certificate.

Welcome to Canine Pet Care Specialist. This course builds on the knowledge learned in Canine Pet Care Provider course. This course is meant to supplement that work that you are learning while working in a boarding facility. It should take you no more than 15 hours to complete this course. Upon successful completion of this course you will receive your Canine Pet Care Specialist certificate.

Canine Specialist Exam
50 Questions | 2 attempts | 60 minute limit | 40/50 points to pass | Graded as Pass/Fail

This is your final examination for the Canine Specialist Certification. You have 60 minutes to answer 50 multiple choice questions. To pass this exam you must answer 40 or more questions correctly. You will only have two attempts to take this exam and pass. If you fail, you can take a re-take exam for a $25 fee.
Once you have successfully completed this exam, you will receive a certificate & badge to download.
