This course covers basic avian anatomy and physiology. Discusses virtual assessment of avians: normal versus abnormal. Basic avian behaviors. Safety and handling techniques for avians in a boarding environment. Avian health as it relates to environment, nutrition, and basic emergencies. This course should take you no more than 8 hours to complete. Once successful completion of this course occurs you will receive your Avian Pet Care Provider Certificate.

You have 60 minutes to answer 50 multiple choice questions. To pass this exam you must answer 40 or more questions correctly. You will only have two attempts to take this exam and pass. If you fail, you can take a re-take exam for a $25 fee. Once you have successfully completed this exam, you will receive a certificate & badge to download.
